Can you tell us a little about your shop or service and what inspired you to start it?

We’re a family run cafe passionate about selling coffee, breakfast and lunch options. Our inspiration comes from the love for hospitality and our community.

What’s in season or really popular right now with shoppers? Coffee is always in season, and most people can’t do without it.

What’s your favourite thing in-store at the moment? Our signature bacon and egg roll or chili eggs.

Choose four adjectives to describe yourself? Energetic, lovable, sweet and cute.

How long have you been working here and what do you enjoy about this centre? This year marks my 18th year working at this centre. What I love most is the strong sense of community as everyone knows one another - like a small family unit.

What are your interests, any hobbies or mad obsessions? Fast and loud cars.

What makes your products or services unique? While we don’t sell anything unique to the classic cafe offering, our fun, warm and welcoming nature sets us apart.

What do you think makes Pacific Square a great community and place to shop? Pacific Sqaure is the convenient one stop fresh food shop, allowing people to get what they need and go about their day.
